A nervous system lullaby


The Pre-sleep ritual is a guided audio practice using touch, breath and slow neck movements to stimulate your relaxation response. It is a great practice to do at bedtime or during the night if you have trouble going to sleep. You can also use this practice for centering and relaxation during the day if you feel nervous, scattered or just need a cat nap.

Practice in your bed, on a sofa or anywhere you can rest in comfort. Bring a duvet or blanket to keep warm.
